We only make Elderflower Keshal once a year because we want the flowers to be perfect; fresh and in full bloom, we handpick Manx elderflowers in their seasonal prime - so it's worth the wait!
Based on a traditional family recipe, our Elderflower Keshal has been refined over the years to give a wonderfully fragrant, crisp flavour with a clean citrus finish.
We meticulously prepare each bottle for bottle conditioning, following the 'Traditional Method' for sparkling wines, as used for both Champagne and Cava, so our Elderflower Keshal has a natural sparkle.
Available in two sizes of caged Champagne bottles; the traditional bottle (75cl) and individually sized demi-bottle (37.5cl).
